Chop stone is the machine splitting of stone. Coarse heights are 2" up to 12" heights. Chop face is the split face and the natural color is the bed faces. Limestone is available in rough chop ledges and sawn top and bottom stone heights. Sandstones and quartzite are available in natural ledges, with only a limited sawn top and bottom heights.
Ashlar Stone are stone heights from 3" up to 12". Most limestone is available in chop faces and natural faces. Sandstones are available with natural faces with chopped edges.
